How long does it take for services to start?
Services can begin as soon as the next day if you’re in a hurry. Typically, services start within 2 to 5 days to ensure we find the right staff for you. Your local service centre will have more information based on your situation.
Can I choose my own staff?
Yes, you can actively help choose your team. We aim to match your preferences. It’s a good idea to pick a small team to have more people who understand your needs.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No, we’re here to help anyone at any time. Just get in touch with us.
Do all your staff have police checks?
Yes, all staff have police checks. Those working with minors have a Working with Children Check.
What level of training does your staff have?
All hands-on care staff have at least a certificate 3 or 4 in relevant fields. Nurses are registered and receive ongoing training. Our team’s training adapts to complex needs.
What happens in a medical emergency?
Our team is trained in first aid and can assist until an ambulance arrives
Can you help on weekends or after hours?
Yes, we’re available 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We offer evening visits, overnight care, and 24-hour assistance.
Can you help with holidays and day trips?
Absolutely! Let us know your plans, and we’ll work with you to make them happen while considering your well-being and our staff’s availability
Can you help with transportation?
Yes, our team can provide transportation for medical appointments, social functions, and more.
Can you assist people in shared, supported accommodation?
Yes, we can provide additional care for short periods or on an ongoing basis to support those in shared accommodation.
